ABOUT ABOUT

Join Clarip on February 18, 2021 at 2 pm ET to learn about key provisions of the new Act and help your company get ready for the new chapter in the California privacy law.

On November 3, 2020, Californians voted to approve Proposition 24, the California Privacy Rights Act 2020 (CPRA).  The CPRA incorporates and significantly amends the existing California Consumer Privacy Act and further expands privacy rights of California residents, as well as compliance obligations of California businesses and their service providers and contractors. The CPRA also creates the first dedicated privacy agency in the United States – California Privacy Protection Agency which will have the authority to implement and enforce the new law.  Businesses only have two years to prepare before the CPRA goes into effect, the time to start getting ready is now.

Speakers include the CEO and Founder of Clarip, Andy Sambandam, and Senior Counsel and Director of Data Privacy for Clarip, Michael Shapiro.

Webinar login information will be circulated to registered attendees before the event.  Registration and attendance is free.
