Before January 2023, Companies need to be prepared today for the new privacy regulations that will go into effect. In January, the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) will come into effect, followed quickly in June by the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA) in July, and then the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA) in December.
